FXPLAYER LTD respects each individual's right to privacy. We value our relationship with you, and we take pride in maintaining loyalty and respect with each individual client by providing you with security. The provisions of this notice apply to former clients, current clients, and applicants.

When you apply for or maintain a live account with FXPLAYER LTD, we collect personal information about you for business purposes, such as evaluating your financial needs, processing your requests and transactions, informing you about products and services that may be of interest to you, and providing customer service. SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

FXPLAYER LTD does not disclose your personal information to third parties, except as described in this Policy. Third party disclosures may include sharing such information with non-affiliated companies that perform marketing or market research services on our behalf, and non-affiliated companies that perform support services for your account or facilitate your transactions with FXPLAYER LTD, including those that provide professional, legal, or accounting advice to FXPLAYER LTD. Non-affiliated companies that assist FXPLAYER LTD in providing services to you are required to maintain the confidentiality of such information to the extent they receive it and to use your personal information only in the course of providing such services and only for the purposes that FXPLAYER LTD dictates. FXPLAYER LTD may aggregate data on an anonymous basis about its clients' trades and disclose such data to third parties.

REGULATORY DISCLOSURE

Under limited circumstances, FXPLAYER LTD may disclose your personal information to third parties as permitted by, or to comply with, applicable laws and regulations. For example, we may disclose personal information to cooperate with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies to comply with subpoenas or other official requests, and as necessary to protect our rights or property. OPT OUT

You are not required to supply any of the personal information that we may request; however, failure to do so may result in our being unable to open or maintain your account or to provide services to you. While we make every effort to ensure that all information we hold about you is accurate, complete, and up to date, you can help us considerably in this regard by promptly notifying us if there are any changes to your personal information.

PRIVACY POLICY OF BMFN

BMFN believes that the privacy and security of an individual’s personal financial information is important. BMFN is committed to its privacy obligations under applicable law and regulation. This privacy policy describes how we handle and protect personal information we collect about individuals who apply for or receive our products and services.

INFORMATION COLLECTIONS

To serve our customers better and to ensure compliance with applicable regulation, BMFN collects certain financial information from our customers.

In the case of individuals, BMFN may collect nonpublic personal financial information about you from the following sources:

- Application and Registration Information: Information that we receive from you on the customer account application that you complete and other account opening documents, including but not limited to, account name, mailing address, phone number(s), banking information, e-mail address, annual income, net worth, etc…

- Transaction History: Information about your transactions with BMFN, with our affiliate(s) and with nonaffiliated third parties in connection with opening or servicing your account, such as bank references.

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

BMFN does not disclose any of your nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law and except as permitted under the terms and conditions agreed to in your Client Agreement. BMFN may provide your personal information to a third-party in the following instances: in compliance with a court order; in response to a subpoena or other judicial process; in response to regulatory inquiry/request; and to protect against fraud, unauthorised transactions, or money laundering.

DISCLOSURE OF FORMER CUSTOMER INFORMATION

BMFN does not disclose any nonpublic personal information of former customers, except as permitted by law. Thus, should you close your account and become an inactive/former customer we will adhere to the measures delineated in this privacy policy.

INFORMATION SAFEGUARDS

BMFN maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information. As a result, only authorized employees who need to know your information in order to provide you with products or services will have access to your nonpublic personal information. We restrict the access of authorised employees to nonpublic personal information for business purposes only. These safeguards are used by all BMFN affiliates. However, you acknowledge and accept that any services provided through our website involve transmissions over the internet and that such transmissions are therefore subject to the internet’s inherent risks. Whilst we acknowledge our responsibility to take reasonable security precautions, you also acknowledge and accept that, as with any network, you may also be exposed to unauthorised programs transmitted by third parties, electronic trespassing and/or the failure of information and data to reach their intended destinations and/or erroneous receipt or misdirection of such information. Although our and our suppliers’ privacy and security features are designed to reduce these risks, we cannot guarantee that the risk can be eliminated completely. You therefore acknowledge that we will not be liable for any breach of confidence or unauthorized access and use arising as a result of such event.

OPT-OUT PROCEDURE

As stated herein, BMFN does not disclose non-public client information to non-affiliated third parties. BMFN is required to provide an opt-out statement. You are not required to supply any of the personal information requested by BMFN, however, failure to do so will likely result in BMFN inability to open your account or continue servicing your existing account.

ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have certain rights of access to some or all of the personal data we collect and hold about you at the time of request, or to have inaccurate information corrected, under applicable data protection laws. If you wish to exercise such rights, you should contact BMFN. You may be requested to provide further information to assist us in complying with such request.
