Non-affiliated companies that assist FXPLAYER LTD in providing services to you are required to maintain the confidentiality of such information to the extent they receive it and to use your personal information only in the course of providing such services and only for the purposes that FXPLAYER LTD dictates. You are not required to supply any of the personal information that we may request; however, failure to do so may result in our being unable to open or maintain your account or to provide services to you. BMFN does not disclose any of your nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law and except as permitted under the terms and conditions agreed to in your Client Agreement. Whilst we acknowledge our responsibility to take reasonable security precautions, you also acknowledge and accept that, as with any network, you may also be exposed to unauthorised programs transmitted by third parties, electronic trespassing and/or the failure of information and data to reach their intended destinations and/or erroneous receipt or misdirection of such information. Although our and our suppliers’ privacy and security features are designed to reduce these risks, we cannot guarantee that the risk can be eliminated completely. You therefore acknowledge that we will not be liable for any breach of confidence or unauthorized access and use arising as a result of such event.OPT-OUT PROCEDURE
As stated herein, BMFN does not disclose non-public client information to non-affiliated third parties. BMFN is required to provide an opt-out statement. You are not required to supply any of the personal information requested by BMFN, however, failure to do so will likely result in BMFN inability to open your account or continue servicing your existing account.ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have certain rights of access to some or all of the personal data we collect and hold about you at the time of request, or to have inaccurate information corrected, under applicable data protection laws.
